Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Human Resources Generalist.
The Human Resources Generalist will provide support in various areas of human resources, including talent management, onboarding, timekeeping, benefit administration, and other related functions.
This position will assist in ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service to employees.
This is an in person, on-campus position.
The position will be eligible for the university's intermittent remote work program.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:

Bachelors degree and a minimum of two years of relevant HR experience, preferably in multiple functional areas of HR.
Ability to support a wide range of Human Resources functions which include benefit administration, talent management, maintaining employee records, training and development, payroll/time management and reporting.

Knowledge of HRIS systems.
Experience in a HR role in higher education.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
