Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and virus scans.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to IT-related issues.
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Analyze system logs and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Follow established procedures for incident management and problem resolution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office applications, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with mobile devices (iOS) and their integration with corporate networks.
- Proficiency in using MDM ( Mosyle ) and Mac iOS within iPad and MacBooks - Understanding of network administration principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
